I have acted as an expert witness for the past nine years. During this time I have completed over 100 reports, about ten of these as a Single Joint Expert and the rest mixed between defence and claimant cases. I have experience of giving evidence in the Courts and at employment tribunals.

My main specialisms concern employee stress, harassment & bullying and selection & recruitment including discrimination and bias in selection procedures. I have worked to identify and reduce stress for a number of organisations in the public and private sectors both in the UK and abroad. 

I have conducted research into stress, run seminars for managers and written a number of articles on stress in the workplace.

I am also fully qualified to carry out psychometric tests where appropriate and am experienced in the assessment of personality, anxiety and stress.
